This website offers free downloadable and reproducible resources for biblical counselors.

The Problem:

There are far more people with problems than there are Christians who are equipped to help them biblically. Therefore, I want to be instrumental in helping to raise up more biblical counselors who are equipped to counsel using the Scriptures. That’s what this website is all about.

The Solution:

“All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.”
(2 Tim 3:16-17 NLT)

“I myself am convinced, my brothers, that you yourselves are full of goodness, complete in knowledge and competent to instruct one another.” (Rom 15:14 NIV)

“We urge you brethren, admonish the unruly, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with everyone.”
(I Thess 5:14 NASB)

My name is Nanette Loveless. I’m an ACBC certified biblical counselor. I have earned my MABC from The Master’s University in Santa Clarita, CA. In order to complete that degree I wrote the thesis that prompted this website: “A Beginning Counselor’s Toolkit.” This “toolkit” is a compilation of that which I have learned and resources that I have gained from as well as resources that I have developed in my years of biblical counseling.

I first learned that the Bible has the answers to help me face any difficulty that might come my way when I was met with an insurmountable set of trials in the 1990’s. As I shared with others facing similar problems the things that I was learning from the Bible, I was actually doing “biblical counseling” without even knowing that such a thing existed. As time went on, I discovered this thing called “biblical counseling”.

The more I changed, the more passionate I became about helping others find God’s peace and purpose in the midst of adversity. This passion prompted me to dive more deeply into God’s Word as well as biblical counseling books and training events. As a result, what I have learned has prompted more passion and urgency to help equip more soldiers in this growing army of biblical counselors.
